D60 Fitness is all about building a training community of all ages, ability and training experience. Regardless of each individual's age, current fitness level, goals or choice of training method the same ethos runs through everything we do - to work hard, push yourself and most importantly - enjoy the your training.

MORE than just training
At D60 we look at training as more than just something we do but instead as an integral part of our life. The benefits of physical training go way beyond it just being a small part of your life, instead we help clients to integrate their training into becoming part of their lifestyle. Through this, clients begin to see the positive direct links training makes in their work life, family life, mental health, quality of sleep, awareness of nutrition and of course physical health and wellbeing.
There's nothing we love more than seeing how one member of a family starts training and then inspires other members of their family or friends to start training and enjoy the benefits.

We are strong believers in fitness not just being something which one member of the family does while the rest sit at home. Instead we are passionate about families enjoying the benefits of training together. Children benefit from having family fun as well as witnessing firsthand the example being set by their parents and parents benefit from productive family time as well as actively working towards (or maintaining) a good level of fitness and health.

Our corporate training sessions can be used as a one off team building event or as a regular weekly/fortnightly session which your team do together. Research shows strong positive links between the health and fitness of employees and their effectiveness, general levels of happiness and energy levels. Corporate sessions are also a great way of building team camaraderie within the workforce.

Small or large group sessions for those who prefer the feel and vibe of working out with others. Full body workout for people of all fitness levels. No egos, no competition - just focused on getting everything you can out of every session.
We run men's, women's, mixed and couples group sessions.

In recent times many of our clients have found our online zoom sessions a great addition to their regular training sessions. These sessions are extremely effective for pure convenience and time saving reasons. Our zoom sessions run for roughly 40 mins, so all in all you could do a full workout and be showered and ready to relax post workout all within 60 mins!! We keep these sessions short but intense leaving clients feeling a real sense of achievement and well worked.

Coming soon!! D60 Wellness Retreats. A mixture of socialising, training and of course relaxation!! Our Wellness retreats allow clients to get away from the hustle and bussle of everyday life and enjoy time with like minded people. We train, practice yoga, go for morning/ evening walks in the english countryside, play games, eat delicious food and enjoy the odd glass or two of wine. Generally having a great time, ensuring you return mentally and physically relaxed and refreshed.

COMMUNITY
While we acknowledge the fact that we all have our own individual fitness and health goals, however we also know the benefit of the camaraderie that comes from being part of a community of like minded people motivating, encouraging and supporting one another.
MOTIVATION
When trying to juggle all your other priorities in life (kids, work, relationships, rest!!) it can sometimes prove difficult to muster up the motivation to get to the gym - let alone train! We try to make it as easy as possible for our clients by saying - whether it be an online zoom class, one to one or group class, just get yourself there and leave the rest to us. You'll always be happy you did.
INSPIRE
We want your training to add to your life not take away. We want you to enjoy the foods you enjoy, nights out, a chilled night in with chocolates and a bottle of wine (all the things we enjoy too!) but we want you to be able to enjoy them guilt-free and of course not at the detriment of your health. All of these things are enhance and made more enjoyable when you can enjoy them in the body and health you know you desire. We're here to get you there!
RESULTS
This is the whole reason ultimately why we do what we do - to ensure you get the results you want. We ensure this happens by closely monitoring your progress with you and discussing any adjustments or adaptions we may need to make to your training along the way.
Since starting to train with Donell, fitness has become an integral part of my weekly routine. Whether it is in a group, 1:1 or even a family session each workout feels unique and perfectly targeted to the participants. Donell has a great sense of how to motivate each person to achieve their goals, irrespective of what those goals are, his positive attitude is a real driver towards my ongoing participation in each session. I have been doing this for a few years now and will be for many more!

I have been training in one of Don's women's groups for over 5 years. I had never done anything like this type of exercise class before but it soon became an important part of my week. Don made it so engaging and motivating that it was hard for me to miss a session!

I had initially started training with Don in an attempt to get myself in some sort of shape following a very depressing appointment with my doctor.
